Wow, what a weekend, a totally rare two days of sunshine and it's all flipflops, cocoa butter and colour coordinating hair/sunglasses!
But this weekend was way more than just a bit of sunshine, it was the day my friends and I realised that every coffee shop/cafe/building we've ever been in was NULL AND VOID until Saturday afternoon.
You see Saturday afternoon was the day we discovered Cocoa.
Dreamy Dreamy Cocoa.
Like a sweet wonderland of all things chocolatey, cakey, sugary and everything in between! I mean just look at it!!
Nustled in the seating area between jars and jars of various flavoured tea leaves, 1960's chocolate adverts, postcards, pink pillows and ceramic teapots, we had two milky hot chocolates that came as thick as they can come with a seperate jug of warm milk >.<
No lie, the hot chocolates were so darn thick it tooks us about an hour to finish them, and they were deliciously warm to the bitter (note: gorgeously sweet) end :)
One day i'll pluck up the courage to ask the two geniuses behind this castle of dreams for a mini interview for the blog, but for the time being i'll just silently drool in the background over banoffee truffles, camomile infused tea and vintage photo albums coming up with different stories on how they decided upon the shop upto and including the idea that they're fairies sent from the land of chocolate (the most probable of them all - just saying).
Have any of you discovered an amazing den of dreams?
xoxo
